OUR PROCESS

  • Specialty Beans Sourced - All of our green coffee is cupped for quality before it is purchased. We only take the good stuff!
  • Coffee Expert - Our coffee expert, K.C. O'keefe is a top certified Q-Grade Cupper.
  • Regular Testing - All of our roasted coffees are cupped off the shelf every other month to ensure consistent quality.
  • Scientific Tools - We use an Agtron system during roasting which allows us to specify with precision the darkness of roast in every batch.
  • Slow Roasting - We use a drum roaster which roasts our coffees slowly and consistently.
